项目位于盐田港后方陆域西南片区,北靠梧桐山东麓,临近半山溪谷、半山半海等居住项目,与盐田港后方陆域间有盐排高速公路通道分隔,于高架桥下有两个通道与后方陆域衔接。场域内群山萦绕,森林密布,负氧离子充足,为最适宜康养生活的理想之地。
The project is located in the southwest area of the land area behind Yantian Port, north of the eastern foothills of Wutong Mountain, close to the Mid-Levels Valley, Mid-Levels and Half-Sea and other residential projects, and there is a Yanpai Expressway passage between the land area behind Yantian Port, and two passages under the viaduct are connected to the rear land area. The field is surrounded by mountains, dense forests, and sufficient negative oxygen ions, making it an ideal place for the most suitable health life.

Slope: The project land is located in the south-facing mountainous area, the north is high and the south is low, the southern slope is in the range of 25%-33%, the central slope is in the range of 33%-50%, the northern slope is in the range of 50%-58%, the local over 60%, and the overall slope is large.
Slope: The site is mainly southeast slope, the southwest corner is mostly east, the local mixed northeast direction, the southeast direction of the site is Yantian Port and Dapeng Bay, the field of vision is wide, and the aspect and landscape line of sight are consistent.
Adjust the suggested road in the plot, reduce the land area, and solve the traffic connection of the ring road to form an entrance landscape. Traffic roads, public squares, supporting buildings, kindergartens, high-rise basements, vertical bungalows, comprehensive consideration of various factors, the formation of a reasonable use of mountain and external landscape resources, the avoidance of unfavorable factors, the overall layout of the atmosphere does not lose its flexibility.

Under the atmosphere of the beautiful ecological environment, what cannot be ignored is the intricate geographical conditions that highlight the ground, with dense tree relations and steep slopes of height difference. The current status of the project is a primitive landform, the forest in the plot is dense, and a naturally formed gutter on the west and south sides of the replacement land will cut the project land and the planned Zhongqing Three Roads, and there is no municipal or temporary road access, no water supply, power supply, gas and drainage facilities.

Based on this, the design takes the protection of natural vegetation as the first perspective, adopts the technique of "figuration and materialization", breaks the barrier between physical architecture and nature, and realizes the unity of functional perfection and modeling beauty.

Examining the mountainous landform of Wutong Mountain, the functional buildings are placed in an orderly manner by the method of "conforming to the mountain trend, free space, and natural generation", and the buildings are attached to the mountain positions to form spaces of different sizes and staggered, responding to the design concept of "flower ladder butterfly dance, landscape home".
The building conforms to the terrain and roads, and surrounds different environmental spaces, including the entrance square, the flower ladder square, the water square, the green slope square, the kindergarten activity area and the sports small square.
Through multi-level flower ladders, grass slopes, pools, water surfaces, green islands, and other elements, it is integrated with mountains and streams in a curved and smooth form. The green design creates spatial changes through plants, and the collocation of plant colors creates a rich visual feast.
